Brynn Christensen, Miss Nebo 2015, has been involved in the Miss America Organization since she was a little girl. She is now living her dream and biggest life-time goal by competing on the Miss Utah Stage. She served her Lehi City community as Miss Lehi 2014, and is currently serving Nephi and the Nebo School district as Miss Nebo 2015.
Brynn is studying Public Relations and Marketing at Utah Valley University, and works on campus as an Event Coordinator in the recruitment offices.
Her leadership career started out with a ‘Grin with Brynn’ campaign to capture the 8th Grade Secretary position. Now, seven years later, Brynn is involved at her university as the UVU PRSSA Vice President of Fundraising, Service Council Program Director, and Wolverine Ambassador Manager. She was selected as one of two students to represent UVU at the 2015 PRSSA National Assembly in Portland, Oregon, as well as the 2015 PRSSA National Conference in Atlanta, Georgia.
PACER’s National Bullying Prevention Center is an integral part of Brynn’s platform, ‘Stand Up Utah: Prevent Bullying, Promote Self-Advocacy.’ She shares her passion for PACER’s and her platform through their social media channels, as well as personal appearances throughout the state.
Even though Brynn can’t whistle, she can play the violin! For the past 13 years, she has used music as an escape and her prime form of expression. Brynn is thrilled to perform her favorite violin piece on the Miss Utah Capitol Theater stage this upcoming June!
